UK Returns

We gladly accept returns for UK order only within 14 days for either a refund. Please be aware that return UK shipping costs of £3.50 are deducted from your refund if successful. Alternatively you may ship the return to us at your own expense. International returns are to be shipped by the customer. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Where is my refund?

Please verify on your return tracking receipt whether we have received the return, and provide us with a copy of the receipt. Return processing generally takes around a week from the time we receive the items. We cannot take responsibility for returns lost by your chosen courier during the return transit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
